GOD or the HOLY GHOST speaks to EVERYONE. Romans 1 GOD says He reveals Himself to everyone and because they'll not retain GOD in their knowledge GOD givs them over to a reprobate mind. The HOLY SPIRIT comes to reprove the world of sin, righteousness and judgment to everyone. GOD draws everyone.

1st-faith and repenatance r necessary, but it's God, by his grace, who converts the human soul. 2nd-we rnt taking rom 3:11 out of context, wer statin what it says. 3rd-salvation is possible for any1, but the problem is not a matter of can, but of will, sin-loving sinners won't be saved cuz they love their sins more than God(John chapter 3 affirms this). 4th-Christians, w/God's help, r able to seek him, but sinners arnt cuz they dont want to, they want a god that conforms to there image(an idol).

add 2point 3, there is a "can" involved, it's not the "can" or permission, but of ability. Scripture does affirm that unregenerate sinners cant(ability) know the truth cuz Satn has blinded their minds. the only way they can be set free is they must first see the sinfulness of their sins b4 they can and will flee to the Cross. Both faith and repentance come from none but God himself. That text from Heb11:6 u quoted is true, but no1 seeks God, it's God who seeks man and we respond with faith.

Loo 2Corinthians710, I know the word of GOD and I study it FULL TIME daily. If any man SPEAK, he should speak as the oracles of GOD. On this teaching, Paul Washer MISSED GOD. Simple as that. This is how cults get started. I can read the word and I know error

that "ask, seek, knock" passage, what does it mean? Does it address felt needs or praying for a better job or something like that? no, it involves asking about things in accord to God's will which is for us to preach the Gospel(read Proverbs 14:14(preferably not the NIV in this case) and youll understand y we have so many "backsliders"). Washer did not miss God, there is NO Godseeker, Genesis 6:5 affirms that. If u dont believe the text "there's none that seek God" your problem is w/God's word
