  • Im new in this controllers such as fightstick.

I am getting one maybe in a week , so if i buy this one, should i buy some sanwa parts?(Buttons, stick). Because in other videos people said that these sticks broke fastly... or the buttons does not respond..

or should i buy another fightstick?

thanks. ps my english sucks i know it ):

  • @mecoboy007 depending how much you have to spend, you could get a Hori, that has Sanwa parts already. You could always buy a MadCats TE stick too.

  • @lonewolfx7x okay thanks. BTW, have you tried Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 sticks? They come with Sanwa JLF's but Hori Buttons. How are the stock hori buttons if you've used them before. I've read they aren't too bad compared to the crappy stock buttons on the SE stick.

  • @bludika I think it maybe that your just not use to it yet. just give it some time. :)

  • @lonewolfx7x if you are familiar with Wavedashing in Tekken, its a command input of Forward, Down, then Down-Forward repeatedly, but when I try it on my newly fitted JLF, after i do the first wavedash then try repeating, it doesn't register for some reason unless I literally do the directional input 100%, like I have to do it hard instead of just doing it lightly, as i thought would be possible because I've read how Sanwa sticks are very sensitive and responsive, what could my problem?

  • @bludika Yes, my Terry Bogard stick has one. It took me a week to get use to it, but I like my sanwa sticks just a hair more.

  • @lonewolfx7x hey, have you tried Seimitsu LS-32 sticks? i just replaced my stock SE stick with the sanwa JLF, but for some reason, I can't play the way I did on my old stock se stick, it feels a little too loose and weird, i dont know it's just has to do with getting used to it, but i've read the Seimitsu sticks might be a better feel than JLF's. your opinion?

  • @bludika I'm Right handed. The Sanwa, is defiantly a better stick, same with the buttons. I didn't use the stock stick, and buttons long enough, to see if they stick. sorry.

  • Are u left handed? Anyway how does the stock stick in the SE stick compared to the Sanwa jlf sticks? Are they inferior to the Sanwa's? I've only read that they suck and get stuck after a while but are they that bad?

  • I have a question. Would any sanwa stick let's say the Sanwa JLW-TM-8 Joystick be okay to use?
