Man that is a beautiful setup there. Awesome Rifle and possibly the best optics available.
Well done.

I think he had it as backup if the rifle should shoot crap.. ;)

Holy balls! Where's all the recoil? That's badass

What grain rounds were you using? I use 220's in my weatherby vanguard deluxe it was made in 1977 and its still a track driver sub moa at 100 yards easy

@N0thingIsTrue The brake is amazing...with 180gr loads at 3000fps mine recoils less than my 700 LTR 308Win. Heck and even with HOT 208-210gr it recoils a little less than my 308win or on par.

@ifuckkittens I thought the exact samething..WD-40 being used on a 5k+ setup..seriously bro get some proper lubricants..

@cazorp I have the same rifle except I'm using a NXS 5.5-22X50 - people hate me at the range especially when I'm pushing 208 Amax at near max loads. A guy 5 lanes away from me (lanes in between open) told me he was getting blasted with the gases from the brake. I couldn't believe it! Love my Trg42 in 300 Win mag. Btw You may want to slow down your rate of fire to preserve some barrel life... Your choice it's your rifle..just a suggestion.

That recoil is nothing, how did you get that? Muzzlebreak??

@N0thingIsTrue Yup, the brake does magic for recoil on heavy calibers, but aint to nice to the next shooter or the ears...

@cazorp Even when wearing ear protections? Thanks for the answer.

@N0thingIsTrue Yep, sound pressure still reaches 100+ dB wearing good protection, and brakes diverts sound in your and your companions direction rather than forward so there is a con with brakes as I see it. But on heavy calibers like .300/338 magnum they can be neccesary for cooping with the recoil force. (or a sound suppressor).
