Being the nephew of the driver, and 1 of the people helping Josh at eliautomotive to put the truck together, i also confirm it was the left front axle joint...it tweeked the frame in the back...we straightened that. little work needed on the weight rack to level it..used a porta-power to push the cab back into place...all new U-joints...right front spindle, and as Josh says, hammer body parts back good enough to get it ready for Fonda, NY...see ya there !!!!!

it was the left front axle jiont that broke. bent the rear frame about two to three inchs to the right. cab shifted enough to pull the right rear cab mount through the frame, bend the radiator support , and smash the dist. cap . it is monday around noon and with a new cap and rotor, some frame pulling she runs again and is straight. just needs the box remounted and a full body massage.
It's a 1987 Chevy. He broke the left front hub. Thats what put him into the barrier
