What If (Barney/Robin; HIMYM)

So this is not the "break up" video I had been envisioning doing. In fact, this is just something I started last night and not one of the many already started "break up" vids sitting on my desktop. But I have to say that I actually enjoyed last night's episodes, no kidding. It isn't exactly what I had been anticipating (much like this vid) but I still thought it was one of the better done episodes in recent time. I had initially thought that the writers would first tackle why Barney had been going batsh*t crazy but I am very happy that they address Robin's feelings. I thought that she was actually in character for once, I mean she would never want to let anyone know how she was really feeling about the break up but she would still be affected by it. The flashback scenes just killed me...

And to the whole Don thing I am "OKAY" with. I mean, I obviously dislike seeing her with anyone but Barney but after he has been treating her so terribly I can understand (as a fellow female) why she would want some simple companionship with a guy who is obviously really into her.

Can I also just say how I totally loved to pieces the scenes from when the gang came barging into Barney's home, to Barney barfing out of guilt into the Stormtrooper helmet!, to the gun range scene, and beyond. I don't even mind that Barney gave the superdate to Robin and Don because I love seeing the old Barney who would give up anything to make Robin happy and basically at this point I think Don can do that for a while (not in the long run definitely but for now he is a good rebound). I mean seriously, how many of his little smiles reminded you of season 4 episode 1 Barney? I was just glad to see that.

Wooo, long rant done. Please enjoy! Even though it is a bit sad. I will hopefully be making another, longer, better "break up" video soon.
