@petrybadger Like him, prefer a different candidate for VP though. He is a recent convert (like me, less than 10 yrs) I say we leave it with the men who have been awake and consistent on principles for decades.... I dont have anyine in mind, but I like Peter Schiff, Tom Woods, Lew Rockwell, etc... I htink it would be cool if Sarah Palin changed or came around to understanding govt like Ron Paul (maybe she is studying Ausrtallian Economics right now, for just that position?

@Armornone I appreciate your civil reply. For an example Mitt flip flopped on both the stimulus & abortion...Ron Paul has plainly said he wants to "turn off the magnet" that causes our borders to be insecure. To say he wants meth & heroine legal on the street is 100% incorrect. Name a single state that will allow either of these to be "legal on the street"? Dr Paul is strictly for the constitution. America is going bankrupt and we MUST make hard choices NOW and do things right. Thanks

@Armornone Maybe they can research Romney at Mitt Romney's webiste. Why would you search for the republican candidate at the democrat's website? That is kind of stupid.Its like saying that you can research Ron Paul at The Federal Reserve's website LOL He never raised taxes in Mass. Do you understand that 2/3 congress vote can overturn a Veto and he had like 87% decorates in the congress? Sports Authority, Staples, fixing the ENTIRE OLYMPICS!!! Ron Paul only got like1 passed

...it's very clear that he raised taxes and Mass. was 47th out of 50 states In job creation under Romney. (O'Bomb'a still flies Air Force one around looking for the other 7 states) There's simply not enough room here to cover Romney's failures. Another GOOD thing though is his willingness to veto bills. Less is better with less government!

@mrsparex Taxes are things that the government will put you in jail for not paying or take away your property. You are talking about fees that have been the same for the last 30 years and you are not required to use. If you need the government to dig up a septic tank, well you could also hire a private company to dig up your septic tank. No one is forcing you to have the government dig up your septic tank. The liberal congress there would pass any law they wanted with 2/3 vote.

@Armornone Just because they don't call it "taxes" doesn't make it hurt less. THREE QUARTERS OF A BILLION DOLLARS plus considerally higher property taxes. On the flip side (you'll like this)...I DO like that he voted pro guns (despite saying the exact opposite) and he is tall and has a "presidential" chin! He's also a very good debater. We can go pointing out bad stuff but truly I'm concerned we'll go bankrupt without serious measures taken very soon. Our country is hurting badly!

@mrsparex I said look at actions not words or sound clips. Would you be glad to show me ACTIONS taken by Romney that support what you are saying? He vetoed over 800 bills, had like an 85% liberal state congress that could veto him whenever they wanted and inherited a state in financial distress. When he left, he had fixed the state without raising taxes. You are talking about fees to dig up and remove a septic tank and those type of things, not actual taxes. Ron Paul is linked to Soros

@Armornone What's NOT true is that Paul "wants drugs". I've covered it thrice but you like demagoguing. Comments below are Mitt's actual quotes on bailouts. I'll be glad to post links. Romney's verbal support for bailouts helped the robbery succeed. I agree with you that we should look at actions: $750.000,000 in higher state fees & taxes PLUS HUGE prop. tax increases helped his state earn the name TAXachusetts. Paul works toward a constitutional "ZERO" fed income tax!

@mrsparex That is not true. Romney is against the bailout and never flip flopped. He was running in a liberal state and said some stuff to get elected but he record as governor has always been conservative. Look at actions not words. Secondly, he is against the bank bailouts and was not even involved in the decision. He was not in congress so he was not giving the bailout anyway. Romney is a genius on the economy and is exactly what this country need now, not a man that wants drugs.
