Kettlebell workout of the day. Building functional strength and working the entire body with a series of compound movements involving single and double kettlebell swings, windmills, overhead squats, presses, and rows, topped off with a set of weighted pistols.

This was filmed exactly one year after I fractured my collarbone in a cycling accident. Serving as a reminder that setbacks create challenges to be overcome and opportunities to become better.

  • @FitLossophy I got the yellow 16kg one during a trip to Japan and the others are from Agatsu. If you're in Toronto, you can get them from the Academy of Lions Crossfit gym.

  • Man, this lady is FIERCE! I wouldn't want to screw with her! I want to get into kettelbells and this looks like a really good place to start.

  • @scorpiondiver hello i have the same yellow kb which is 16k. I was using a cast iron kb which is also 35lbs.I choose to go the competition kb route. For some reason the cast iron feels much heavier. Is cast iron surposed to feel heavier.Secondly when i do my two hand swing my hands are hanging over the corner of the kb.Did i purchase a fake kb.Third when i do my clean i cant open the palm off my hands on an angle and let the kb rest on the soft part of my hands.It has to open upward in the air
