and everytime i press " start recording" it says burning error, can someone help?

Umm is there something wrong with my dazzle, it's the exact same one as Frequency's but for some reason it doesn't capture video or sound, every time I start it up, the window where the game should appear doesn't and instead it just stays either black or what ever was behind that window, can someone help me?
