Saint Xavier University Professor and Cook County hearing examiner William Kresse discussed the controversial Supreme Court ruling reinstating Rahm Emanuel to the Chicago mayoral ballot on FOX Chicago's "Good Day Chicago" on Jan. 29, 2011.
Kresse is one of 20 judges who prepared for the Emanuel case and could have been randomly chosen to deliberate it, but was not selected. Kresse also is an associate professor at the Graham School of Management, director of the Saint Xavier University Center for the Study of Fraud and Corruption, an experienced lawyer who clerked for Judge Abraham Lincoln Maravitz for years and a lifelong Southland resident.
BREAKING NEWS: Rahm allowed on Oscar Ballot as best supporting Actor! Unanimously agreed to appear on ballot. Though didn't actually appear in motion picture during 2010 year, was still found to meet requirements to secure nomination (seen more media coverage than many actors, and his acting skills can't be disputed!) "People have a right to decide" said Emanuel. "My pollster found evidence, and outcome based editorials backing me should sway justice, since judges are elected in Illinois!"
