Urban Chaos: Riot Response - Hope Street Terror WT

This is the first level of my Urban Chaos: Riot Response walkthrough. Urban Chaos: Riot Response is a bargain bin game for the XBox and PS2, where you are a special officer with a new task force called T-Zero. This walkthrough will also cover key features for first-time players trying to find the Gang Mask evidence, as well as common spam spots. As this is a terror-level walkthrough, however, which is unlocked only after completing the game on Elite, I have taken the liberty of unlocking every piece of equipment possible from a complete Elite Walkthrough. Apply the same strategies for a first time play, but be wary of lower accuracy and different weapons. The taser, especially, has a considerably shorter range. For the purposes of being able to actually see what I'm doing in the game with the Breather, the Cheat Weapon, Thermal Breather Mk. 2, has been activated. This increases contrast between interactive and non-interactive parts.
