i believe it should have been the 1930's. in the 1940.s WW2 brought back jobs and an upswing to the economy. that's not to say this video isn't true, i'm just saying the decade is wrong.

My parents both grew up dirt poor...my Mom during the Great Depression in Canada and my Dad during WWII in Holland. I've listened to all of their stories and I am grateful for everything I have. It is all of them who worked hard to give future generations more of a chance.
