Furthermore, if the savage MASSACERED Bill, which to me is defined as slaughtered/killed, why even mention if he was shot again? Oh wait, the massacered one was supposedly still alive having his head held out of the water by people that are do not exist. Never happened. Right. Its obvious that there is something up. But I'm confused, how could they have a dash cam video of the dead officer Paudert with the phony suspects, if they were really dead?

Yet another interesting anomaly amongst dozens. Right before Paudert clears the screen to our 3 o clock and right before the alleged Joe jumps out of the passenger seat, the screen darkens noticeably. It is clear as day if you look at the road. Then look at other parts of the video while replaying that part. You can see the Whole SCREEN darkens. What a surprise. Attempting to blot out the 1/2 second we see of the alleged Joe Kane. UNbelievable.

Then I understand THEY went around shootin at Brandon as he was running around the car, they got in a shootout and shot and killed Brandon and then as they're leavin THEY go back and shoot Bill again - Chief Paudert

Wait, what? What's up with all the THEY'S? The Official police report states that JOE was the shooter! Not one piece of the 3 main pieces of evidence ie dash cam video, 911 call by the Fedex driver or the Official police report jives with any of the other 2 main pieces of evidence!
