The Real ID act is only for U.S. citizens. It is not for state Citizens. There are two classes of people in America. There are 14th Amendment citizens (U.S. citizens) and there are state Citizens (nationals). Ever wondered why on government documents you are asked: "Are you a U.S. citizen?" Yes__No__Other_____
There is a reason why they would ask such an obvious question. U.S. citizens are the enemy of the state (Trading with the enemy act 1933). Go to wiki and look up: "state citizenship"

Whats scary is that this shit is about to come true with digitized medical records. Once they have em all computerized, its just a short lobbiest bill to congress and a willing Obama ready to sign it into law giving the insurance companies and everyone else access to your medical records. This is the hope and change you voted for. Don't blame me, I voted for Palin.
