  • @TheGorgorothSpire Chapman Stick

  • I wasn't able to find this version last autumn. Thanks so much for uploading. This song is perfect for *any* time of day. 2:55 has always been my favorite part. The beat is steady, ponderous and playful. Amazing.

  • @marywinmusic :-)

  • Errr...it's Satori! Just kidding.....just kidding : P Thanks for posting

  • King Crimson never wanted to "make great music and get rich too..." They never thought they could be both artists and businessmen. I know it is a mistake to idealize people, but it is a mistake not to recognize artistic heroes, too, and these guys qualify...they are heroes, and geniuses.

Gives us musicians a high-water mark, with contemporary sounds and lyric themes.

    What a band.

  • @ihroch No, it's not.

  • in my all time top ten albums, Court of the Crimson king, Dicsipline and Beat are in there.

  • I really believe this band comes from another world, though they are the best band on universe indeed.

  • THIS SONG KICKS ASS weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • 2:47 = orgasm

  • amazing...billy bru, we love you

  • Temazo, cochamimare

  • @marywinmusic 1:45, I fly...

  • @marywinmusic Yeah.....Exactly

  • Some melodies can only come from improvising--I bet some, maybe a lot of the guitar melody here was improvised. Fripp is great at that, and people wonder how he can come up with great stuff while he is playing, as with the jazz giants.

Quite a badass tune--again, I am damning with faint praise.

So: let me instead Praise with a faint, "Damn!"
