This is definitely Cliff High.  This segment was taken from a conference call he made to a group of individuals on Earth Day, 2009, called The State Of The Planet Speech. The call was placed using Skype, which doesn't distort or lower the tone of his voice in the same way a radio broadcast does.

Do a search for the interview, listen to the entire broadcast, and then stop spreading disinformation. Saying this is not Clif High is as bad as the lies Burisch spreads.

most of what bill deagle tells us is actually documented in the U.N,s own documents so if bill deagle is lying they,ve gone to an awfull lot of troublelol every country in eaurope also have it in there documents also.instead of listening to gossip,rumor,or hearsay do a bit of research,read a few documents,not heared of agenda 21,read that pile of evil,then say bill deagle is lying,how the fuck can someone be lying when its all documented in official papers.wake the fuck up and try reading a book

Burisch is a fraud for sure, look at his website eaglesdisobey for proof of how phony the guy is, good story teller thats about it but doesn't make credible, as someone else said he is a liar & fraud.

I believe in ETs and UFOs. However, I don't trust the Greys/Grays/J-Rods. I firmly believe they are highly advanced organic robots that are controlled by another group/race of ETs. So when Project Camelot stated in their website that Dan Burisch was abducted by the Grays,as a kid, that suspiciously implied that he was under the Grays' control. And that they are using him for their own "evil" agenda, whatever they are.

@sustayne abovetopsecret type in Dr. Deagle, whether you like the site or not you cannot dispute the links, one will get you to the actual gov document why his medical license was suspended. Everything listed on abovetopsecret, I checked out. Fraud is not the word I would use, way better.

Deagle is much worse than Dan Burisch (used to be Dan Cain changed his name due to fraud) in that he deliberately puts out disinfo to spread fear and harm the mass. These disinfo agents have zero credibility now thanks to people like Clif showing us how to put 2 and 2 together.
