This modern apartment complex lies approximately 5 minutes drive from the centre of Adaje and 8 minutes drive from the tourist centre of Playa Las Americas. It is just 10 minutes drive to the sea and the Sur Reina Sofia airport is 20 km from the hotel.

This complex comprises 219 apartments spread over 2 floors. Facilities include an inviting foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a cloakroom, a currency exchange in addition to a café, a small supermarket and a bar.
