I'd have thought he fits the profile exactly! Here's a guy with a badge for a start! I always say, never trust a guy with a govt issued badge, the only reason he wanted it in the first place, is to exercise control over other people and to feel like a somebody. Then throw in the fact that he was a highly respected member/president of his local church. He's one of the first guys I'd have looked into if I were a cop, but then cops are hopeless aren't they, for they too wear a govt issued badge.

Read the Wikipedia story on this moron. What an idiot! The case was cold until decades later, when he mailed a letter to the police to get credit for a murder previously uncredited to the BTK killer. That letter led to his getting caught. LOL! Stupid moron!! Enjoy the next 175 years before your parole, Buddy! LOL!
