not throwing rocks or anything, ust asking a honest question. where you in the army? cuz you talk alot my grandfather (he was lieutenant), you even said hes life mantra, "life is supposed to be uncomfortable, get used to it!" not exactly the same thing but still alot similar.

oh yeah i had a body compostion analyser done to day and it turns out im 6ft7 i weight at 14st13.01b,
my bmi is 23.5,
my bmr is 9355 kj
2236 kcal i think thats how many calories i need
fat 16.2%
my fat mass is 2st 5.8lb
my FFM is 12st 7.2lb
but now ive read thru it im not sure if i should loose fat or maybe gain abit more weight tell me what you think i should cause i have kno idea

heyy joe great video man but i was reading the part on that link about bulking up and i was wondering what would be the best way to increase muscle size cause im findind it reli hard to gain any muscle weight and ive been 210 lbs for ages and im 6ft 7 if you can recomend anythink id reli appreciate it
