@minipcpro WRONG. It is a "4G Technology" much like LTE is a "4G Technology" it is NOT a *new* wifi standard.

I have a question about WiMax. I have looked it up and read what it's all about, but I am still confused. does the WiMax use a 4G wireless data packet service like a phone would? or is it just an advanced wifi technology? could you clarify?
