Gabriele Onkel. This was quite a hit record in Germany I think. I have a copy of it.

Her name is Hansi Jochmann. In the original 1959 recording of this song it was Louis and Gabriele Clonisch. But this clip is from 1965. Gabriele was pretty much a grown up by then, so for this performance they chose Hansi to sing it with him.
