The record company wasn't beside them. Their label, Ardent, a division of parent company, Stax, was indifferent towards the band, didn't push distribution, didn't support them the way they should have. All the incredible work Big Star was doing, what a shame. It would pull apart any group.

How this wasn't a hit i will never know, i have heard most of the other music that was coming out at this time and it in no way compares to this lost classic.
