Learn to read basic Japanese!! Hiragana & Katakana

I've never studied Japanese but have a very good brain for linguistics.
I get very tired of translating for other forigeners here so I am encouraging them to learn to READ!
something very basic we as people learn from a young age!
Im not claiming to be perfect at this, nor be any sort of master.. But I can read and write the four styles well enough to do business here as I am one of the only people I know who DOESN'T teach English!
I believe we have more skills then being limited to just speaking English natively and getting a job or acting position.. It's because of the desparation.

Anyway, I will continue to post more as I am dedicated to sharing.
I openly admit I am not a master of the language and have never studied.
But I am well aware of the internet tough guys, the 40 year old virgins and everyone-else who has nothing better to do than preach and ciritisize on things they have no idea about.
I get it from alot of people who have never been here but no all about the place..

To be honest I wouldnt have a clue.. I dont play games. Make an effort to learn the language if you are genuinely interested.

How long did it take you to understand hiragana? I just started 2 day and I already have the first 15 down pretty well. Im really good with languages I think. I caught on pretty fast. And is it true that Katakana is much easier then Hiragana?

That is cool, because so many people, especially americans, will move to, or vacation in another country and not bother to learn the language fluently or atleast enough to communicate, without asking, "do you speak english?" I am going to try and find that chart.

@luke4liverpool You would use Hiragana unless they are emphasizing something thats when you would read Katakana Its sorta like capital and lowercase letters but it makes way more sense when you studie the language
