8/21 BERNINA 830 sewing machine video instructions: Dual feed (top and bottom feed)

The eighth part of the BERNINA 830 video tutorials demonstrates how BERNINA dual feed works. BERNINA dual feed is a top feed system in a class of its own. A separate motor allows for fine-adjustment of the top-feed speed independently of the feed-dogs. Use the dual feed and a D presser foot or use the walking foot for optimum and even top and bottom feeding, enabling you to easily manoeuvre and deal with textured fabrics and multiple layers of fabric. The tutorial shows you how to attach the respective presser foot no. 4D and how to insert zippers in coated fabric with the aid of the dual feed easily and without any difficulty.
