This is "Harold Melvin's Blue Notes" and not "Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes". This band exixst today and is supported by the widow of the late Harold Melvin. It's not Teddy Pendergrass who died for several years ago, but Donnell "Big Daddy" Gillespie who is the lead vocal here.

@buntybunny That's the beauty of music buntybunny; for the 3 minutes and 37 seconds that it takes to listen to this song, we're all bound together, all touched by the beat, the rythm, the melody, the vocals. Black, white, brown, yellow....who cares? Everyone who listens is of a common mind, and it's music that did it. The warmongers should slap the vinyl version of The Beatles' "Rubber Soul" on a turntable and just chill. That should calm the idiots down.
