triangle to sideangle, crescent to warrior 3 to 1/2 moon to warrior 2, striking cobra/knees-chest-chin vinyasa. can be held on the first time around when right foot leads from downdog, can flow second time as left leads from down dog. infinitely variable. play.

  • Wow! Stumbled in looking for the difference between Crescent and Warrior I (beginner and they look so very the same!) Your routine is fantastic! So smooth

  • Wow...beautiful. Took you 5 min what it takes me about an hour to do in fits and starts. :-D Lovely use of arms during transitions. Really, really nice.

  • looks really nice, the backwards warrior, warrior 2, etc., etc. reminds me of what I do in the morning except your is a vinyasa and I have definate stops, breaks. I think I will start turning my morning practice into a vinyasa, it's so much nicer as a dance. thank you
