Nexing with 1 defense (Omg, for real? 1 def Nex????)

As of today, I've done all the bosses possible on runescape on my 1 defense pure. Proves a pure with high stats can PvM... maybe not as well as mains, but plausible.

@EntwinedbyVengeance I'll work on it; it's very hard to for pures to nex because a lot of them cannot use yak and they can't use tort either (def exp).
