gaming rig doesnt req more than 6gb of ram and to be eff 1333 , 1600 mz one wont make much difference

The CPU-cooler is mounted the wrong way, its going to fuck up the airflow in your case.

Actually with higher end parts you run more of a risk of getting a faulty device since the manufacturers makes them in smaller batches. Which means they run out faster and in turn have to speed up the proses in order to produce new ones. They really don't care cause the customer will just have it replaced with a newer one, so they get your money earlier rather than you getting another companies product. Of course its worse if its a new high end device.
