@SmellyTriangles I just went and tried it to see how I do it...Its actually much easier to to just keep the frets depressed, and press your picking hand palm against the strings as your pick them. Hope that helps!

@SmellyTriangles what you want to do is lift your fretting fingers off the fret board, so that your just touching the strings. When you strum you will get that muted sound. You may also run the palm of your picking hand lightly across the strings as you strum for an extra bit of the effect.

wow you did this song brilliantly. i highly recommend getting a video camera with a good mic and doing this in front of somewhere scenic. preferably a beach. your voice is intoxicating. just avoid videos in the "bedroom" atmosphere.

...your strumming has absolutely no rhythm with the first verse...after that it gets like amazing haha

@gekcoification Haha, Thank you? It was more of just free styling in the beginning, so I guess that accounts for the lack of rhythm.
