This is a back workout that myself and my girlfriend Trish did on Aug. 18, 2009. The workout is split over 2 videos. This video here is the first part of the back workout. The second part of the workout will be in a later video.

  • i have looked at all your videos and i copy your workouts for different muscles! you even explain it better than everyone else does! i have to say you have some good work outs :) i have bought weightgain and i have put on a few pounds thanks to these workouts i can really notice myself in 1 month getting bigger :)

    Cool, glad to hear you enjoy the videos and that you are making good gains with your workouts.

  • As for the deadlifts, you don't have to do them every single back workout. I'll probably do them every second back workout as I find they take a lot of time to recover from, especially if you are doing squats with your leg workouts.

  • Its actually alot beter to lean forward a bit when doing rows...Just how you would when your actually "rowing" lets say a boat LOL

  • u know i dont get about these pro's/fitness gurus/coaches. they go about preaching heavy compounds with free weights. then when it comes to their actual workout their main lifts are cable work, isolation work etc etc.

    I've started spacing my pullups throughout the workout also, I like it, since I get tired in that excercise so quickly. If I do them in a row I can do 15-16 pullups in my first set, then usually only 11-12 in my second and 9-10 in my third :(
