Oh hey! Have you heard about - Supreme Panic Magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my father Got rid the panic attacks with it.

@emergegrowprosper Yes, thank you so much. I've tried many acupressure techniques in the ancient chinese tradition and this is the only one where I felt astonishing results working with my severe anxiety issues.

Another great discussion of a difficult and misunderstood emotion. I definitely resonate with the notion of needing to recognize anxiety - so many of us have spent much of their lives in a continual recurring state of anxiety, without realizing how frequently it happens, nor how much it affects us. Thank you.

I am amazed by this video!! I have always known myself to be very sensitive but just recently found out that I am a Natural Born Empath and have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for years! When you mentioned sitting by yourself and your mind starts to go crazy. You literally just made my night because I now know I am not crazy!!! Thank you so much!!!

Also you show yourself holding your hand perpindicular to the floor not parallel... is the palm flat against the back of the head or is it the side of it?
