is it somehow sucking power from the meter or somehow eating electrons from the capacitor like a battery? what if you put more LEDs to drain faster and take off the meter for a while ?
12 hours now, voltage was climbing steadily but seems to have leveled off.
I had a small 12v battery (smaller than a AAA) that had 11.2v in it and I used a 2200uf 10v cap, with a bright white led. When I hooked it up the Led was brighter but the voltage read 8.2, it has climbed to10.41 in 12 hours and the led is at about 3/4 brightness.
what does a driver circuit means? any more details?
