Forehand from the middle explained by Wang Wen Jie, coach in the Swedish club Askims BTK. The footwork is demonstrated by players from the Yangpu Table Tennis School in Shanghai. The video was recorded at B75 Hirtshals' TT summer camp in Denmark in july 2011.

  • this guy delivery and strokes are much less relaxed than the first one. prefer to see players with a lot of control and poise when striking.

  • Coach Wang, this is a very nice tutorial and I have learned something that I can try next time I have a chance to play. But I do believe you need something to help you pick up those balls quickly and easily and avoid possible back ache problem.
