How to Catch Minun and Plusle - Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver

You can catch Minun and Plusle on many different routes, i am showing you how to find the lowest level one. You can get the highest level (lv 28-29) on Route 17, still using the Hoenn Sound technique.
Make sure its a Wednesday, and you have the national dex. After each wild encounter, remember to go play the radio card again.

dude after catching my plusle i couldnt find minun so i had an idea. I know its kind of cheating but i had like 2 dozen honey and i used on and the thing to appers was a minun. It worked for me so if you get in my situation and cant find the one u need this helps
