This is me playing Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on Guns N' Roses "Welcome to the Jungle" This is a live recording on the live album, Live Era: '87--'93 Disc One. This is playing with a Keyboard on Expert.

This song is not in the official Guitar Hero III song list, or in the downloads. This was custom made and edited and imputed by myself personally.

This video contains footage of a T rated Game. Parental supervision recommended.

Guitar Hero III: was created by Aspyr, Activision, and RedOctane and I take no credit for creation of this game.

I take absolutely no credit for the creation of the music of "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns N' Roses, absolutely no credit for creating the Songlist Editor, absolutely no credit for creating Feedback (db), and obviously no credit for creating Guitar Hero III for the PC.

However, I do take credit for creating the custom song chart for half of the song, along with many more custom songs to come in the near future.

And finally, I would like to say a special thanks to Guns N' Roses, who without them, the world wouldn't have the kick-ass songs we do, and we wouldn't know where we live.

Do you know where the f*** you are?
You're in the jungle baby!
Wake up!
TIME TO DIE!!!

  • tried on guitar hero 3

    doesn't work at all

it doesn't import the song inte the list and I can't use the patch cause it says that I need to install the game first. which I already have don a long time ago

  • You probably have used a no-dvd patched .exe. All you have to do is re-install it, don't worry about your save for now, then apply the patch, then copy your no-dvd .exe into the directory.

  • thanks! but in the videos you don't really explain how to get a midi file. I guess the midi file is the notes but you get a .chart when you save on songlist editor. Is there something you do in songlist editor or what. this could be useful to know as I want to make GH songs of songs that aren't avalible to download

  • If you go to my other tutorials, the one about Feedback, it'll tell you how to get .midi files.

  • can you get all the songs only one expert or on easy, medium & hard as well?

  • Yes, all difficulty levels are possible.

  • Should I install the game on the Local Disk C, because the patch doesn't recognise the game ?

  • OK. I've done all of this, and when I want to play it, the game just crashes. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

  • and do that work for guitar gero 3 legends of rock at the same way than on guitar hero 3?

  • do i need a good computer, i mean maybe it lags

  • i really want this game for pc. I have it on wii, but I need to mod it to download custom songs.

  • when u sayed were in the jungle baby u sounded like saul of pinapple express

  • @rocketbandboy I had the same problem. Now I read your comment. It actually makes sense.. I'm gonna try that

I don't have any thing to lose either LOL!

I installed the game 3 times but lost it

I completed it on every difficulty

But now Im installing it again on another computer so I wont have any save

  • I dont suck, I play on expert on PC...How do I sing good on PC like that? I hold my keyboard like the guitar hero controller [I dare you to do that with a laptop :D]

  • you dont suck too bad considering thats a keyboard

  • Guys I figured out how to add new songs and still save your progress!

First you should go to your save file

( located in your documents, aspyr, guitar hero III, save, progress}{progress )

Then you copy this file ( s000.d ) to your desktop. This is now the file which contains all your scores and data! So now you can use songlist editor to add a new song to make a new s000.d file.

    Now click Update Savegame

First select s000.d on the desktop, then s00.d in your documents.

    Now run GH3! :D
