HVX200 and HMC151 are different in the way they are recording. HVX200 records on P2-cards, HMC151 on SD-cards. P2´s ( mxf - files in HD ) i-frame based, SD recording in AVCHD´s based on MPEG4 GOP recording.

@Puchoo Yes! The HVX200 records 422 compared to lesser sample rate of the HMC150/1. but the HVX is more expensive. However the 200 is now an old camera, and the newer replacement 170 perhaps would be a better buy in this range.

150 and 151 are same cameras, 151 is intended for EU and 150 for US... and also 150 records NTSC-based formats (720/60p etc.)
