I don't give out financial advice, but I will tell you what I'm doing to prepare for this economic crisis. I'm going to talk about stockpiling food, silver and other basic items.

if the shtf, I plan to move back to my parent's house in the country, at least until the smoke clears. I do own silver and some extra food, which I plan to take with me, but there's no sense in trying to stay here by myself. I think it will make more sense to have a group of people.  Even though a group will take up more resources, etc, you spend less money on heating/utilities (providing they're still available) and it is better for security

Thank you for making this video. Clearly are a sweet guy. You have many good points and advice here. However...don't you hate that! hehe..however, you got to take this a couple more steps. For i.e. vacuum seal your foods using mylar bags, food storage, and Oxygen Absorber. Can't run with cans, though good to have, you should also have some dehydrated (light weight) foods in a bug out bag. Choose foods that are low in salt, and sugar (they are poising you with those foods). Just my 2 cents.

This vid was posted back in 2009 but nowadays I think most people know there is not enough gold and silver in the world to pay off the national debt. I agree with stocking up on the food. Cooking devices. Medical. Paper. Not ridicules at all.

I've been trying for ages to get an awareness group together in my area but no body wants to know, which is sad. my friends tolerate it i suppose, which is better then nothing so i factor everyone into my plans, what they will need, i 'm going to get them etc. its tough going.

I will only barter with neighbors for goods. My home is my home, they should've prepared and not put 100% of their trust in the govt.

hey great post!!one thing i was watching a while ago is to store seeds for ur garden,even if u dont use them urself they r good as barter tools,also coffee,salt and things of that nature will be the new currency,instead of gold or silver i would bet on seeds,coffee,salt tobacco,spirits,wool,etc.lemme know what u think or if u have more ideas.like u say dont blow ur life savings on this, just buy an extra can of something everytime u shop.keyword couponsssss lol

@dinohoax What I do with the liquor is get it in those tiny airline bottles. Makes it easy to barter with. I also stock the larger bottles as well.. but its more like "change" in smaller bottles.
