all you have to do to ulock waluigi is run around the fountain a gizzilion times while singing the spongebob theme. then jump over the moon and jump on the roof of the castle. after you do that, you jump off the roof from as high as you can and make sure all your life is gone. then throw your DS in the toilet. you got yourself a waluigi! lol jk.
