I have very strong underarm hair, and even just ingrown one is impossible to pluck without bleeding. i HAVE TRIED epilating underarms and it's a hurting A LOT...so i gave up.
For those who have tender underarm hair you should still be careful not to pull a lymph node that is positioned underarms.Asking your GP is a sane idea when pulling hair underarms comes to mind.
