Courage

Many people today, especially women - but not *only* women, struggle with eating disorders, whether it be anorexia, bulimia or binge eating, ALL of these are harmful to both a person's physical health AND psychological health.

Young girls today are bombarded with the media. They feel that the only way to be beautiful is by being a size 0.

They are wrong!

The problem with mirrors is that they don't show the beauty inside of you. And the problem with scales is that they don't measure your self worth.

We are ALL beautiful, made in the image and likeness of the God above.
