Using piping bags comes up in various forms: decorating a cupcake or putting on henna.
In both scenarios YOU can make your own cone, which will not only be way cheaper than getting a ready made one from the store, but it will be of the right size, thickness, everything.
Making cones comes in two major steps: first, get a triangle of a non-permeable material (baking paper for cooking or mylar / cellophane for henna) then actually shape it into a cone.

This video will show you how to cut out triangles from cellophane for your cones, but you can use this method for any other materials as well.

  • @starryeyesurpise I got this roll of cellophane from the gift paper section, basically is like an impermeable gift paper. But you could also use mylar, if that is a more familiar term to you, or any thick plastic bag (e.g.: freezer or shopping bags...), the transparent flower wraps, chips bag will do. Just handle them carefully, when cutting, because they tare easily. If you need more help, just tell me :) Thank you for watching the video :)
