Yeah, i thought it might be him too. Although, Jun looks a lot more like the shadowy figure (the haircut) so we could assume..?

Kazumi is talking to Bansyoya. .hack//G.U.+ volume 5 has this same conversation in it. Bansyoya asks him what the significance of Project G.U. is. and Kazumi says its the resurrection of Aura. Bansyoya states that that is just the process and that the true significance is so that the world never has to face another Network Crisis.

I'm surprised Kazumi's even in Link, considering he only appeared in GU+, which is considered noncanon. But I wonder why they put in Cubia from XXXX and not Kazumi?

kazumi is talking to yata (or som,eone related to yata i dont wanna go chek) there debating the dummy factor, and kazumi wants to restore aura (ultimate AI) to restore "the world" ( i got thiss all of the manga)
