  • meat and dairy have up to twice as much estrogen than soy. ;)

  • Are you kidding me? How pathetic. It is not a coincidence that countries which drink the most milk per person have the highest rates of osteoporosis. Milk protein is acidic and in order for our bodies to neutralize the acidity (which our bodies must do) we have to use up phosphate. The only source of phosphate in our bodies is in our bones. So we take that away leaving our bones weaker. Good sources of calcium would be in dark leafy greens, nuts, beans/lentils.
