  • I am not sure he made a case for Naturopathic medicine when he basically reduced its preventative and palliative protocols to reducing stress and eating soup. I am sure he is very intelligent, but why not just open up and speak of the many things that can be done to help. Hydrotherapy would have been nice, a lymphatic pump technique maybe....etc

  • @thinkingman07 Your're right, naturopathic medicine is rich and diverse, but a three minute TV segment is an incredibly short time span to get into a more comprehensive overview. Also, discussing more specific treatments should occur between a patient and doctor for their individual situation. Dr. Wallace kept his recommendations to those that essentially work for everybody, no matter their condition. Thanks again for your perspective.

  • @BastyrUniversity Yeah, I don't mean to sound pessimistic. I wish the public could see just how potent the healing powers of conservative somato-supporting therapies are in treating virtually all illnesses. I guess part of me longs for the days of the dynamic Benedict Lust and Henry Lindlhar. The confidence they had in Nature Cure and their unwillingness to cave in to organized medicine was commendable. I hope that all ND's can have the confidence that these men had and display it to the world.
