Operation Paperclip: The Hunt for Nazi Scientists

Hello everybody. This documentary was our submission to the 2008 National History Day competition. However, we didn't get past the first cut for districts. We feel that it was judged unfairly, and wanted to know what you all think. If you like it, tell us. If you don't, tell us just the same. But please, no bigotry or flaming (yes, I realize this is YouTube).

Due to technical issues, Adam and I created two separate versions of the project. This particular one is the latest version, and was made on my computer. Adam will be uploading a patched up copy of his version (the initial project) shortly, and I'll provide a link to it here.

Rommel was in Africa testing nuclear bombs in 1944, the Nazi`s sent picture of the mushroom clouds to US government and had surrounded North America with 27 submarines carrying nuclear dirty rockets as Berlin fell, forcing US into a agreement. FDR was removed Japan bombed and the false cold war set up to loot the keeper of freedom. Vatican used it`s Communist tool to infiltrate and twist education, they stole US technology and started moving production to the East.

I can not understand why you who made this documentary avoid to mention or simply leave out that the US government gave a green light for CIA to use and further *cultivate* these "experiments" on its own citizens in the US. This in the 50s, 60s and 70s (under false pretense so they could get recruits).

You only mention how nazis used prisoners in concentration camps & yet leave out even more chilling facts that no matter the Hague tribune, both USA (and some other countries) continue with them.

@poddus well i remember the story of a nuclear bomb shipped with a submarine to Japan.. it was send to japan, so that Japan would strike America from the pacific ocean..

I saw this on National Geographic..

The submarine was caught and the nuclear or materials was taking from it...

The nazis fault was hitler, he taught he was smarter then his generals, fighting on so many fronts leads you to defeat.. and thank god for that.

@timesplitters333 well they did have a program and the allied forces were afraid that the Nazis would get the bomb before they did, but after the war they found the project and found out that it was simply unfeasible because of the technology they had available to them at the time and some other reason that I can't remember. so although the allies were afraid that the nazis had or would have a nuclear bomb during the war, I don't think anybody (of importance anyway) today believes that they did.

If you bring up this stuff in the mainstream your career is over, we will be looked at as traitors, unpatriotic, and conspiracy nuts! American citizens you must realize the awful consequences of operation paperclip. Not only were NAZI scientist allowed to come to America, many of them were became HIGH RANKING agents in the CIA. The CIA has very little oversight by any other government agency. What does this mean for america, its a very, very, frightening reality, we have NAZIs in our security agency. Dont think for a second that there are no more NAZIs in the world, these NAZIs are very clever, but the evilist of people.
