@Marinalane Hi, yes we cut the concrete out of your garage, insert the shelter and pour cement around it to secure. All installations come with a lifetime warranty that is transferable. Have a great day!

@TheJHindman Hi, the storm shelter is installed in your garage so there is very little possibility of water coming in the holes. We also offer a magnetic cover that keeps dust and insects out of the storm shelter. Thank you for your comments

I would love to have one of these. We did not put a safe room in while building three years ago and have regretted it ever since.

@sadpotter1 Hi, you can always have a safe room installed in your garage. We do it all the time. The storm shelter in the video actually goes in the ground. Have a great day!
