its a Russian VAZ-2101 Niva doing a jump of a dirt wall.
it is an 4.0L inline 6 engine,custom fuel injected, custom camshaft, 4x4.
costing about US$3000

Correction: VAZ-2121 :) It was exported to some Western countries as "Lada Niva", look it up on Wikipedia.
