Yeah, Phil didn't start playing the Alembic bass until late 73 or 74, and Jerry didn't get the Wolf guitar until the end of 74, so the earliest this can be is late 73. No way is this from the Euro 72 tour.

gypsy, thank god for people like you. i was watching this and thinkin about it myself. doug wrote that he started working on what would become "wolf" in may of 72 and didnt complete it for a year.
