The Mayweathers--all three of them--are completely insane with the training skills and are avant garde Masters of the craft that too few appreciate and even fewer are competent with.Madd respect,bruthas...yall doin ya thang.And shout out to Coach Rick for the same thing,along with Gamboa,Roach and the other progressive Coaches

@NextTime4U ok cheers coach. just one more question i see the puncher doesn't stretch his arms more like short angled punches is all the mittwork like that or is there also stuff that is meant for wider ranges?

@mazilin2 First let me say that Roger Mayweather is reason I do what I do as far as training fighters is concerned, I admire how he was willing to push the card Progressively with boxing mittwork...I train my fighters in this system of mittwork, I also teach it to coaches all over the US and internationally as well..
