In Loving Memory Of Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan

James Owen Sullivan aka The Reverend Tholomew Plague, for short The Rev, was found dead in his home in Huntington Beach California December 28th 2009. He was 28.

The Rev was the Drummer in the band Avenged Sevenfold
I was in so much shock when i heard this news. It still has me in shock. Avenged Sevenfold is my favorite band, & The Rev was the one who had inspired me to wanna one day learn how to play drums. A year ago I was supposed to go see Avenged Sevenfold in concert for the first time. I was so excited but due to vocal problems with Matt Shadows, they cancelled all of their september shows, including mine. Now I wish that i had gotten the money to go see them in another state, just so i could experience them all together. Even if they do get a new drummer now, they will never be the same. Even if they do continue to make a 5th cd & go on tour afterwards, they wont be the same, the concert experience wont be the same. But they will forever be my favorite band. Jimmy Sullivan you will be forever missed & loved by all Avenged Sevenfold fans. We love you. RIP Jimmy.

the so called natural death is unfortunate because it was not natural. it was a combination of Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Diazepam/Nordiazepam and alcohol. although it breaks my heart that the rev is dead. it also breaks my heart that the public was not told the real cause of death of this historic icon and that i had to research it myself.

hm.. he died on december 28.. he also died 3 days after he recorded fiction with them... which means he recorded it on the 25th.... merry fucking christmas.
