"Within" (2009) Opening Title Sequence

A troubled young girl who sees evil spirits in adults AND her new found friend is the main character in this psycho thriller feature film by award winning director Hanelle M. Culpepper. Artifactuality took the creative challenge of setting up a theatrical audience with the appropriate mood by taking a child's toy and making it an object of mysterious emotions.  The uneasy feeling was achieved by using the right combination of close up photography, dramatic lighting, highly transitional visual editing, and a soundtrack (composed by Jeff Toyne) consisting of far off piano chords.

"Within" premiered in Los Angeles in 2009.

Tune in to Lifetime Network on Saturday, July 31 @ 9pm ET for the broadcast premiere. It will be re-broadcast on Lifetime Network, Sunday August 15 @ 7pm ET

"Within" will also be available for viewing on the Lifetime Video-on-demand channel after August 3.
